Ran 1 mile in 2 degrees (brrr) with my parents black lab. I think I got more of an arm workout than legs. My pinky went numb, and I think my feet were going to be close behind. I don't know how y'all in Utah do it!
I don't have time to update my spring racing plans, but I don't think I'll be doing anything terribly exciting. I don't have enough time to get into marathon shape, and I was told by many people that running a 50k at high altitude is a bad idea if I have never experienced it before. So probably just a bunch of half marathons and shorter stuff. Probably better off with my school schedule anyway. |
