Three days in a row!! First time since... I really have no idea, probably 2003.

Ran with Natalie at San Luis. It felt so good to get to run with someone again! Knees feel great, quads are a little sore from last night but nothing crazy. Going to attempt a long run friday as a test. Maybe 10 or so.

Also, I just finished for the semester and I am done transcribing forever!! Yay! Long drive home to Maryland tomorrow morning (14 hours). It will be rough going from 80 degrees to 30!

Three days in a row; are you ramping up for a particular race?

Also, do you know anything about the Keys Ultras? I know Tallahassee is in the complete opposite end of the state, but I thought I'd ask anyway; I have a friend who wants to try it, and I'm trying to decide if I want to jump in or not.

Great job, that is awesome. Glad you are feeling so great. Happy you never have to transcribe again and enjoy the time with your family (and join the rest of us in some COLD runs!)

Yeah school it out! Bummer about the 30 degrees! We here in Utah are feeling your pain, although 30 isn't too bad ;) I'd love a little bit of 80 :) Have a super safe trip!

Congrats on the Semester. Enjoy your time off.

Thanks guys :)

Nevels I don't know anything about the Keys Ultras. When I get back to Tallahassee I'll be sure to ask around, but I actually haven't met too many ultra people there yet. The only race I'm getting ready for right now is the Tallahassee Half in February, but I am having trouble finding the time so it may not be PR worthy like I hoped.
