Where are you going for Turkey Day??? Are you running a race?

Hi Kelli :)
I am so busy with school that I told Jason (the fiance) I wouldn't be able to sacrifice a day of driving to him and a day of driving back. And he has to work Friday. So we decided to meet in the middle in Mobile Alabama for Wednesday and Thursday. I don't know what kind of meal we will be able to find, but at least we'll be able to be together!
So I will be missing the turkey trot here, but I am doing an 18 mile race this Saturday, so I will need to rest anyway! I am pretty nervous about it, but it will tell me if I will be able to salvage my January marathon.
Are you turkey trotting?

I wish we were turkey trotting, but we are swine fluing!! I was going to sign up to run with two of my kids, but I am sure someone will be sick with it by then (if not me) and i did not want to waste the money. I wish there were day of sign ups!
Okay, I missed the engagement apparently! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! Meeting in the middle sound great, and, if nothing else, I am sure you can find pumpkin pie!
Good luck with the 18 miler! Which marathon you aiming for in January?
