intervals with the track club...
2x1200- each around 5:03 i think
2x800- 3:15 and 3:10?
2x400- 82 and 76 this is the best i have felt during intervals yet! maybe i am finally getting back into good shape. looking forward to the track meet thursday. i don't know what even i want to do... probably the 2-mile. if so i think i want to aim for 6:30 pace and see what happens.
