I took some inspiration from Marion for my after-run smoothie. In addition to my usual fruit (today- fresh strawberries and half of a frozen banana), milk, and vanilla protein mix, I added some carrots and a piece of kale. (Both of which belonged to my bunny- Sorry, Lewis, I'll get you more!) The consistency was a little weird, but the taste wasn't bad. Couldn't really taste the rabbit food, which is good. Time for new shoes, after I run in either pair my joints are hurting. I have a new pair that was waiting for this moment. Will start running in them Thursday. |
