I realized today that my GPS watch can do harm. I tried running way too fast on a day that is supposed to be really easy. And it doesn't help that I am out of shape, so I can't run at the pace I could two months ago but I try to anyway. So this is the second run in a row that I let my watch get me to run too fast. Neither of these work outs were what they were supposed to be. So for now on I will be smarter about what days I wear the watch, and need to listen to my body more than the pace written on the watch. |
