AM- 3 miles E. PM- I stretched after and I drank a lot today which was really smart and set up for a good workout. 200m, 220, 240, 260, 280, 300m w/ times getting faster each time. My 200m time was 36, then 38.3, 41.6, 43.9, 46.2, 48.5. I felt super good from taking care of myself. Times: 33.6, 36.5, 39.1, 39.7, 41.3, 44.6. So, I was a couple seconds fast and I felt like I was taking it easy really. I felt like I was so fast today! I think this gave me the confidence I needed for this weekend at SUU! |
