AM- 3 miles E. PM- 4x1600m (5:07 pace) I started out feeling good, but I was sick today so it didn't go as amazing as I wanted, but I am not letting it get me down! Here are my paces- 1st 5:04 2nd 5:13 3rd 5:15 4th 5:17. I was disappointed but on the last two I just couldn't get my legs to move because of fatigue from sickness and not hydrated enough and legs being tight! |
