AM- 3 miles easy and felt pretty good for a monday morning run. PM- 6x1000m The first 4 were pretty solid! (3:14, 3:11, 3:10, 3:14) and then the fifth one I let my pain control my body and really slowed down. I noticed when I tighten my face and look down it means I am giving in to my pains and if I work on my form and look up and keep my face loose I can push through my pain! The last one was on time but I could've gone faster! 3:14 on the last one. I have read some previous posts that I am gonna apply now!!
