AM- 3 felt pretty good. a little sore.
PM- 2 of MILE MILE 4x2's!! First two miles were too fast cause I was pacing behind devo and he thought mike was going his pace (like he told him he was) so we were fast (5:28; 5:30). All my first 200m were solid, just behind devo. The next 2 miles were bad due to fatigue from yesterdays workout and starting out too fast. (5:36; 5:45). The last 4 200m's were really good! I stuck with mike and finished every one of them strong!! I think after some good recovery I will make the next workout even stronger! |
