AM- Workout! We ran 2x600m, 3x400m, 4x300m, 6x200m. I felt great throughout the workout! I stayed with Michael and Devo throughout the workout and it felt really easy idk if it was the workout or I felt good or what. It definitely built some confidence. I really am excited for Cedar next week!
