Ran with hunter out a little past the stake center. My stomach didn't feel too good because I had taken 2 different vitamins right before I started running. It calmed down after half a mile and the rest of the run was good. Didn't talk much to hunter though cause I was thinking. I learned today how I best learn, and it said I have to calm everything internally before I can get all in to something, so today I will work on that. I am also going to do yoga today because it helps with running. Meals before run: None |
