Four easy miles and the home to wait for the Dish guy.  The plan was after he left run four more and the lunch with the bloggers...well he never came!  When I called to find out why he was late they said I was not authorized to get that information.  I then had my husband leave a meeting call them and because he was not calling from the home phone he was not authorized to get than information either!

What a waste of a day!

3 easy mile then my friend came over and said I needed to run faster and bumped up my treadmill to 8:20 I finished the last 2 at that speed and then did the last .5 at 8:00

No splits, I stopped my watch to tie my shoe and never turned it back on.

Ran the first 6 with Heidi's husband, I had never ran with him before without Heidi.  Neither of us knew each others pace and so we ran the first mile faster than either of us wanted to.  Finished the last 6.5 on my own felt pretty good wished I had time for more.

Splits: 8:49, 9:30, 9:27, 9:23, 9:36, 9:07, 8:47, 8:54, 8:52, 9:07, 8:31, 8:37
