6 miles on the elliptical.  I did the first 3 at 12% resistance but my form seems way off I know I was going to try to do 12% this whole year, but I really think it is hurting more than helping.  I went back to 11% and I think I will continue that way the rest of the year.

Ran with the SDRR  I would give you my splits but the garmin is in the other room and I am just too lazy to get it.  Average pace was around 8:30
