Not a good run today! I needed to do 6X800 meters at 7:30 1% incline. I did 4.5 of them and could not really go any further. I decreased the incline and would speed up to 7:30 for 100 - 200 meters and then walk for the last 1.5 repeats. I am not sure why I did so bad at this. Last time I did this work out it was hard but I did it. Lifted for legs

| They say that it is a woman's prerogative to change her mind and I must have changed mine a 100 time on my run today. I wanted to run 10 easy miles. I thought I would do a 5 mile loop around my house twice. That way I wouldn't have to carry water. At the turn around point I was afraid that if I got home I wouldn't go out again so I changed my mind and kept going. One mile past the turn around I wished I had some water. At 4.25 miles it started to rain, St. George 2008 rain. I then changed my mind again and started to head home. I was no longer thirsty, how can getting wet on the outside make you not feel thirsty on the inside? I was getting so wet hoped that a neighbor would see me and ask if I wanted a ride home. Unfortunately all my neighbors if they saw me would probably just think "there's crazy Kathie out running in the rain". I am warm and dry now and I think I will try and do the last 1.5 on the treadmill tonight although my night is pretty busy and it may not happen. Splits: 8:56, 8:38, 8:83, 8:28, (head wind, rain and hills start here) 8:46, 9:00, 8:59, 10:07,
