Woke up with a migraine yesterday and had to stay in bed all day... what a joke on a vacation! 

Ran six miles on a 1% incline 5@ 9:13 1 @ 8:57

Lifted for legs and Abs

Will do push-ups tonight I got 26 on my exhaustion test so I will do week 3 day 1 column 3

Just did a max of 27 KILLER!!!!!  Have any of you looked at week four!  I have never been this far before but that week looks way too hard!

I wanted to run the last three all at 8:34 but my legs were not into it.  I am not sure if it really was more painful today or more likely I just didn't want to deal with the pain today.

Ran 6.5 with SDRR here are the splits

8:39, 8:30, 8:44, 8:32, 8:16, 8:18

Push-ups Week 3 Day 3 Column 3 and just to round off the 3's I did a max of 30.  It was very hard and my arms hurt a lot.
