Ran with SDRR. Ran one mile warm up before they came and then 6 with the group. The group is getting larger and I think it is starting to take off. I Hope we get even more during the spring and summer.

My hiny still hurts from the hills and when I complain to my husband all he can say is "then don't run hills" I get no sympathy at all. |
