4.5 easy miles so far...I was in the middle of my workout when my husband called from the car repair shop.  The electrical system on his car went out.  I am just now getting home.  Now do I put my running close back on and finish or just call it good?

PM 3.5 miles Thanks Guys

Woke up this morning ready to run.  I felt great and wanted to run 13 hilly miles.  I started running and knew I was in for a long day.  I lifted for legs really hard mostly calfs.  Every time I went up hill my calfs started to cramp, down hill was fine.  By mile 9 when Andy flew by me I was done I pushed on for 2.5 more miles but ended it early.
