This should have been my 15 mile long run but I couldn't see myself running 15 miles in the heat so I trained Mondays workout for today. 5 X 800 meters a 7:15 I would jump off and take four to five breathes at the .25 mile mark and the run the rest...these are hard! When got home I relised I should have run them at 7:30. I am not sure how much easier that would be.
