6 miles on 3% decline first four at 8:53 next 1.8 at 8:34 and .2 at 6:40

Lifted only for abs and back I wont lift for legs again until after Ogden.

Spin - The class had a sub again, it was not that hard but I guess that is a good thing during a taper.

I'm glad spin class was easy today. Looks like you got in a nice run as well. I'm glad you cut your lower body weight training until after Ogden. That alone is going to make you legs feel so much fresher.

Don't just "poo poo" easier spin workouts; cadence training is KEY to endurance in the saddle!!

Hey Ur Kathie, thanks for the welcome. It took me long enough to get here but i finally did and I think I'm going to enjoy it very much.....It's like I'm surrounded with all of my friends.

I keep getting the names mixed up, are you doing Boston in just under two weeks???

From Kathie on Wed, Apr 07, 2010 at 17:16:25 from 63.248.105.188

Yes, I am doing Boston in 1.5 weeks! I am I am rooming/running it with Marci/Canyon. I am sure she will leave me in the dust around mile 7 or 8 but until then I will try and hang with her. Smooth is also going to run with us.

From Smooth on Wed, Apr 07, 2010 at 17:28:11 from 174.23.201.210

That's a perfect tapering run w/ mp miles and decline and the spinning just right to keep the legs fresh.

Can't wait to party with you and the gang in 10 days! :)
