6 easy miles one big hill in the middle but didn't push it too hard (you can tell by the spilts where it is) I could tell I did a hard work out yesterday. My legs felt tired but in a good way.

Very nice recovery/easy run today. Splits are looking great with the hill in the middle. Come on FRIDAY!!! You had better keep track of how many people you pass. Because I see some speedy miles in the race coming up.
