Nice EZ miles. Yay for the working iPod. I wouldn't know what to do if I had one.

Yay for the iPod!!!

Are you running the Ogden Half?

From Kathie on Tue, May 05, 2009 at 19:31:30 from 207.155.176.10

Yes I am doing the half. I am running it by myself. (Kimmy and Cristy will be running together) I am shooting for a 1:49:59 but am more likely to get around 1:53:xx or higher. I have never ran alone and am not sure how to pace myself etc.

You'll do just fine. You won't be alone. Just start out at a comfortable pace. The field will thin out a little, then find someone running about your pace and stick with them for a while. If you're not being challenged enough, move up a little and find someone else. It's lots of fun...at a race the size of Ogden you definitely won't be lonely!

I should hook you up with one of my friends who is running it. Seems like she wants to be in the high 1:40s. You will do it Kathy. Enough of this 1:53 talk ... you are more than capable to hit your 1:49 goal (bar no weird stuff comes up).

Your ipod is diehard like you!!! :)

I would say to hook up with my wife at it. But think she is shooting for 1:45. And most likely get lower 40s though. But maybe you can both get that too if your up for it.
