22 miles turned to ten...I ate a bad turkey burger last night and it wanted to come up all through my run. At mile 7 I stopped to throw up but couldn't, I then forgot to turn my watch back on so I only have splits for the first seven. I may try to do a few more miles tonight if I feel better.
