22 miles turned to ten...I ate a bad turkey burger last night and it wanted to come up all through my run.  At mile 7 I stopped to throw up but couldn't, I then forgot to turn my watch back on so I only have splits for the first seven.  I may try to do a few more miles tonight if I feel better. Not sure if that will even matter, the whole point of a 20 mile run is to be on you feet for three hours!

Bummer about the pukey burger. I agree with Little Engine...NICE splits for being sick and WAY to tough out the 10. Don't go running for 3 hours now! Save the battle for another day when you feel better!

Yuck. That is the worst when a perfectly good long run is ruined by an upset stomach. I hope you just took the evening off and will do your 22 miler some time next week.

OH NO... Good thing it wasn't almonds...those taste nasty coming back up :) Boy, I know just how you feel. Seems like just last year at this same time I was throwing up all over the provo river trail....Thanks for reminding me... Hope you are feeling better today.

I did get 17 in. I ran 3 on the treadmill, 8 outside, 3 on the treadmill and then 3 outside. Had to break it up because the TV guy was coming between 8:00 - 12:00. I hate that they can't give you a more definite time. TV guy finally came.....We have HD and boy does it look GREAT :)!!!!
