Kathie, I did the ArcTrainer today. Do you have one of those at your gym? If so have you tried it? I find that I get a much better workout on that thing than I do the eliptical machine. And according to the calorie counter (I don't trust them) I burn about 1 1/2 more calories in the same amount of time on the eliptical.
Way to go on the 11% resistance.
