6 miles elliptical in 46 minutes first 5 miles at 11% resistance last mile 9% resistance. Legs felt really weak...I think I am going to forgo pool running for elliptical from now on. Pain is at zero still. Tomorrow I am going to try and run 12 miles. Lifted for legs Yoga We had to put our dog down yesterday...so very sad she had cancer but she looked so healthy it was hard too do.
