4.1 EZ miles I started to throw in a few hill but decided against it. If I am going to make my hard days really hard I have to make my easy days easier. Tomorrow I have spin again and I want to be ready.
Push-ups last night I did week 2, day 1, column 3 with a max of 20. I wanted to stop at 15 but hubby was watching so I went for more which tells me I have been stopping too soon. |
