Started to run 200 miles over the summer for XC. 1.5 miles with the running group in the morning.
Went to the track with my dad and brother after dinner. 1 mile of warmup then our workout. Did my first 200 in 45 seconds and my first 400 in 1 minute and 47 seconds. Then did my last 200 in 42 seconds and my last 400 in 1 minute and 40 seconds.
