| | Our 18 hour relay today. I was on the white team with 15 runners. My four recorded 1600m splits were: 6:59, 6:55, 6:54, 6:54.
I used the ice bath in the training room, my legs were cold and numb afterwards.

Madison Dash and Splash (2.1 Miles) 00:15:32, Place overall: 24 | | We ran at Madison today. Very smoky. I ran in my flats and it was a good idea. Got 9th overall on the team. Legs felt good but shins were burning at the end. I think i will focus on one tempo run a week and a race so my body and legs do ok the rest of the season.

PT this morning, she said to limit my intensity for a while and gave me a note to give to coach. He did not even look at it and said I still need to run his scheduled hard runs.
