| | Ran 3 miles this morning. I am on a cross country team and there is 200 club were you run 200 miles over the summer and today I am at 200 miles!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)

biked 3 miles so i can count it as 1 mile running

| | second day of cross countary did a hard work out ran from my school to community park and did drills and ran 2 laps on the track

| | went to cross countary practice at 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm it was really hot and we had to do a time trial and my time was 8:51 for a mile also did a 2 mile warm up.

Saucony Scramble (1.8 Miles) 00:17:30 | | I ran my first XC race today. It was hot and long. i am happy with my race. i felt sore and could not breath after my race.
