Seeking a better country...

8 miles, 63 minutes, treadmill in my own basement.  The fumes from finishing the floor have died down, so we reoccupied on Sunday.  It's hard to believe Christmas is creeping up this week.

8 more, just over 63 minutes.  I covered up the display on the TM so I could "zone out" better.  It seemed to help.  I started season 4 of "24" and there's trouble again, this time from Turkish extremists who have kidnapped the Secretary of Defense!!!  Kids are on break now, so I won't be getting any sleep for the next 2 weeks.  Fortunately, Jack is sleeping pretty solidly.

Fear Factor.  They ate bugs.  They hung off cars.  They crashed through balsa wood.  64 minutes.  It's almost time for some heavy duty Feliz Navidad action.

Round and round it goes--69 minutes.  I got to shop with the little ones today.  It's too bad the holiday concert season is over at least a week early.  I'd really like to hear a quality choir.
