8 more, just over 63 minutes.  I covered up the display on the TM so I could "zone out" better.  It seemed to help.  I started season 4 of "24" and there's trouble again, this time from Turkish extremists who have kidnapped the Secretary of Defense!!!  Kids are on break now, so I won't be getting any sleep for the next 2 weeks.  Fortunately, Jack is sleeping pretty solidly.

Its amazing how addicting that show is. Probably the ultimate treadmill show of all-time.

Jake, you are right. 24 must have been conceived with treadmills in mind.

April, the trick works. Cover it all up, and push the speed up button once in a while.

Tara, you are a gamer. You'll dominate the winter series, probably win it if you come to all the races.
