Long run with Tara, MarkP and 10 other people from his run club. The worst parts were the slush and the pull up Eagle Ridge Drive. The sag wagon was a nice touch, as well as the company. This run wiped me out.

Yeah, I was tired all day for sure. However, magically I was fine the next day with no soreness (as expected). That hill was seriously a killer. I went to a Christmas party right after the run. The house was on Eagle Ridge Dr. it nearly caused PTSD symptoms.
