It's been busy with fall cleanup and home improvements. Work too, I guess all that aside, I've learned definitively that I'm not a 2-3 runs a week runner. My mood and wellness have steadily declined. I'll be resuming a more typical 4-5 runs per week. 6.5 on the treadmill, 7-8-7-8-7-8 mph with a cool down. The run made an immediate difference. |
