My new shoes felt funny. It's not a good thing to leave your shoes in the car; temp extremes remodel them.
I ran a bit with the girls, then my typical 10k route in the dark with Jack in the stroller. I found the last of the campaign signs to carry home, with a stop by the park to play on the slide. Jack is such good company now. I had him all bundled up in a leopard print snuggie with footie pajamas. He was wearing my hat to protect his ears, and it kept slipping down over his eyes. He was too cozy to remove his hands and fix it, so he'd call out over and over until it registered that he needed an adjustment.
Another beautiful Saturday in the books. I wish I had been out shooting or hiking instead of cutting trees and raking leaves. Oh well. Somebody has to fund my extravagant lifestyle, and not a lot of outsiders are stepping up.
