6 on the mill, till it got a bit warmer, then 4 to finish up in the cold. Every runner I saw had gloves, hat, long pants, jackets. I wore a long sleeve shirt, shorts and crocs. It was a beautiful morning.

I ran outside yesterday morn in shorts. I also pepper sprayed a dog...while running in my shorts.

i've been having the same experience - i'll pass runners who are bundled up with layers and layers of cotton, while i'll be in shorts and a single long sleeve top. it's cold at first but the body quickly regulates itself. however the combination of cool temps and WIND have me adding layers faster than an Eskimo on a dog sled!
