10 minute warmup, then 45 min @ 7:30, brief cool down.  According to the running lab, this should be my easy run pace.  It is getting easier.

I need to get more sleep.

Running lab? I know I'm a bad blogger and you may have already explained, but please do so again. I'm very interested! 7:30 an easy pace? yeah, I'd LOVE that!

Oh, and yes, I'm done with the dumb Red team drama this season. C'mon guys...get a clue and stop being turds to everyone. Nancy was right about Conda - she is immature and has a LOT of growing up to do.

There are several running labs along the wasatch front offered by Select Health Sports Medicine Groups. They get you in there to meet with a PT to look at strength and flexibility, do a lactate threshold run on the treadmill, & do a detailed gait analysis. I went in earlier in the year; my mom gave it to me for a b-day present.

I don't know how many more BL weeks like this I can take. It's like the whole house got bit by the immature/excuse bug.

huh, my PT at TOSH has done a gait analysis on me, but not the other stuff. I should hit him up to do it all! I'd love some of that info.

Yeah, talk about excuses this year! I'm honestly not really impressed with the amount of weight they are losing either. I don't know what is so different this season, but no big losers! Just a bunch of big whiners!!
