5 on BST with Jens. It was his longest run ever. It was in the 30's when we went around 9 am. The sun came over the mtn and things warmed up quickly. Good run.

Tara/allie, mostly recovered. I'm not eager to start priming for a race yet.
Russ, Jens is watching a neighbor boy transform a little bit while running cross country this year for Viewmont. Plus I told him track and cross country are the only sports you get to practice with the ladies.
Tara, you saw Jens playing tennis the other night. He's pretty good at anything with a ball.
