| Typical 10k, in the morning for a change. I fell asleep pretty early last night on the floor beside 2-day napless Gabe. That made it a bit easier than usual to arise on the earlier side of things.

| Gabe and I ran to Freedom hills. He played on the slide while I did some steps and chinups. Then we came home. He's at that stage where he says the same thing over and over and over and over and over again. Note to self: bring earbuds next time. It will make it easier to ignore.

| 4.5 in the morning, 4 in the evening during the rain. It was so nice. Parts of me are starting to feel like a runner again. My belly doesn't look the part. It looks like I haven't run over 8 miles since December. That's not very runner-like.
