"24" progression run.  I got up to 10 miles in less than 2 episodes, so much better effort than last night.  Top pace was 6:58 (8.6 mph).

I would have enjoyed running outside, but so much dust and pollen stirred up by the wind would have knocked the allergies into mega-high gear.

if you would've tried to run out here YOU would've been knocked into high-gear :) 60+ mph winds - hurrricane a'comin'!!

The wind is getting a little crazy. I'm losing wind chimes.

Treadmill running to 24 would be awesome. But I don't think I could stop after 2 episodes. I won't admit that one weekend I watched an entire season....

I hear you, Melody. When it gets intense, you totally forget you are even running, no matter the pace. I don't think my kids believe we named the baby after my MP instead of Jack Bauer.

achoo. my allergies were terrible all weekend.

good running. james has me hooked on "lost" right now (i never watched it when it originally aired). maybe "24" should be next in line? i've only heard good things.

Lost is very good; lots of eye candy for both boys and girls. Somehow we lost track of it and never found out the exciting conclusion. 24 is riveting, but high on the violence scale.
