I tried out my sick and sore knee. I've been a little sick several times over the last 3 years, and I've never felt worse for running. Any thoughts on running while under the weather? Does it hinder a quick recovery, or merely provide an excuse for skipping a workout? How much running is too much running when ill? The irony is the Saturday workout in the rain is likely what pushed me over the edge of wellness... Catch-22 |
