Biggest Loser progression run.  I was lazy and increased in .2 mph increments.  I made it to 7:11 pace by the end, so that was okay.  The only bad thing was getting such a late start; we were busy with kid commitments till 9:30.  It's hard to wind down and get to sleep after a run; luckily my son was working on scholarship applications and definitely needed some help and input.  It's a good thing for the last minute, or nothing would get done.  Oh yeah, post-run I did some planks and such.

That is a late start! Glad you got it in though. I can't sleep within about 2 hours of a hard workout b/c it's so hard to wind down!

After BL I ate 1800 calories in Reese's Peanut Butter cups to show support for whats-her-name that got kicked off. What a moron! The black team throwing the weigh in just to kick her off is equally moronic.

Could you believe that? That's 45 mini-sized cups. My buddy at work is going to undertake the challenge at lunch today. This season is a disaster. I feel bad for anybody who is watching for the first time; usually this show is non-stop inspiring. This time around it's non-stop crap.

oh my word! was that not the most ridiculous, chilidish episode yet? I thought maybe everyone would see the light and vote Conda off, because they were saying during the weigh-in they couldn't believe they'd let Conda manipulate them like that. 1800 calories, not just that - but in THREE minutes! There is NO way you could burn that many calories in 3 minutes, but you can shove it down your throat that fast. Crazy. I think all the people this year are losers and I'm tired of the drama and seeing NO results. The red team finally had good numbers this week. I want Bob to kick their trash next week for being SO DUMB!!!

Oh, nice mid-show workout. I ate 3 cookies :)

I almost watched BL then remembered I hated this season. Ran to The Voice instead:) I agree with Allie, planks and such are good.
