Biggest Loser progression run, Valentines edition.  I put red hearts, white lacy and pink cupids all over the treadmill.  After grandma went home, I got the girls back to bed and fired up the machine.  I started at 7 mph and added .3 mph at every commercial break.  Top speed was a meager 8.8.  I hit my planned mileage with quite a bit of show left, so cooled down for a mile.  It's crazy how much better today felt than yesterday.  My legs were definitely a bit beat up from the steep downhills on Saturday.  61 minutes

For Valentines, I got a special present from my wife;  2 glass 9x13 pans.  Obviously, I've still got it.  Nothing says I love you quite like kitchen-ware.

Nice mileage. Very practical Valentines gift for your wife haha! I think I will give my girlfriend golf balls for her next birthday.

I watched some Biggest Loser last night and really just can't get into it.

Nice job! Maybe you felt better this time because you didn't eat dinner in the middle. :-)

Pots & pans are the only true way to my heart!

Hopefully your wife's gift back to you was two 9x13 trays of brownies

Good running as always. At least your wife doesn't have the same response as the girl on Father of the Bride when she get's a blender. You have a trooper:)

I must clarify; I know better than to give my wife kitchen ware for Valentines. The pans were HER gift to ME.

I came hoping for a good Conda bashing session. Will those people PLEASE send her home? She is going to have a bad week this next week due to the high loss last week - send her packin'!! I'm sick of the drama - SICK of it!

Okay, other than that, nice work on the decked out TM - always bring a nice ambiance with you on a workout, makes the time fly.
