7 am.  TM 10k.  50 minutes.  7-8-7-9-7.5, or something like that.  That one 9 mph mile felt speedy.  Jack kept trying to get on with me, the little scalawag.

Last weeks Saturday run on Legacy was so nice, I thought I'd do it again.  7:30, Pages Lane Trailhead, 10-14 miles, easy pace.  Come one, come all.

8pm.  I knew I didn't want to get up in the morning on Friday so I went for a while tonight.  1.5 on the TM.  It was way too hot, so I finished outside, hoping to run through the enchanted Christmas light forest.  But it wasn't foggy, and lots of homes are sans lights.  Headwind out, which was quite cold, then a pleasant return.  I had a chocolate shake when I got home, which made me so cold I had to chase it with hot chocolate.  Then I fell asleep on the couch, and slept there until 5 a.m.

Look at your running doubles! Nice work Kam and at least you followed it up with the double chocolate dessert.

Double run + chocolate coma = night on the couch. Totally worth it.

Law and Order puts me to sleep. Chocolate gives me good dreams.
