8 total for our workout in the afternoon (2 mile warm up, 1x1600, 4x800, 3x300, 2x150, 1 mile cool down). I felt good, it was a little windy but we still hit our times. It was a good push and a good workout. Ice bath afterwards, but it's more like a hot tub when Laynee and Rachel are in it. (; haha

| 3 in the morning. 7.5 total for the workout in the afternoon (2 mile warm up, 2x200, 1x800, 1x600, 1x400, 1x300, 1x250, 1x200, 1x100). Fast times for the workout, but it was pretty windy so I was off on the 800 and 600 because I got out of it mentally, but I snapped back into it for the rest of the reps and hopped in with Josh and Ben on their 250, 200, and 100. I didn't think this was a very good workout for me today, but I know that I will do better.

| 3 in the morning. 3 miles in the afternoon, raced the 400, then cooled down a little bit to get to 4. It was weird running the 400 again, I ran 54.58, but I think I could do a lot better with a little more 400 training, but I'm not worried about it because I don't think I'll be running the open 400 at region or state.

| Did the 800 leg in the medley today and the 4x4. 6 total with the warm up and cool down. We qualified for state in the medley but we were pretty off on the 4x4. I think I had an alright split in both races, but it's weird doing relays.
