3 miles in the morning. Pretty cold this morning.
8 total for our workout in the afternoon (2 mile warm up, 1x1600, 4x800, 3x300, 2x150, 1 mile cool down). I felt good, it was a little windy but we still hit our times. It was a good push and a good workout. Ice bath afterwards, but it's more like a hot tub when Laynee and Rachel are in it. (; haha
