Met up at the high school for our workout this morning. .5 on the track then we ran out 3.5 on River Road towards the Arizona strip and did our workout on the way back. 10x:30 pick ups on the way back w/equal recovery. Nothing too hard, just a quick workout to get some turnover in the legs. I felt good and focused on relaxing and running smooth while still pushing and going fast. 2 mile cool down back to the school and then another 3 miles to get in the total mileage for the day.
