Track workout in the afternoon. We did 4x1600m repeats and 3x300m finishes. Pretty killer workout, I was totally drained afterwards. The 1600s were good but tough, especially the last one. 300s were pretty tough too. Really pushed the first and second ones, and pretty much just tried to survive on the last one. Good workout, definitely going to make me better. Around 8.5 total for the afternoon.
