umm... running... blog

6 was okay today, a little harder because of my slackerness at girls camp:(  ran with good group of girls-Mia, Nicole, Taylor, Aubrey, and Tommy joined us.  went back with taylor at the end cause she was struggling with a side ache.

didn't go to afternoon practice because of an eye appointment... sorry coach and self .  I did bench a little at my house though

4 miles on dirt run was good, as well as kid club-much better participants this week!  Aubrey and I stayed with coach roberts and Joy was with us the whole time for her 3 miles! she is so awesome!

Ran 3 with Devin around 5, so not supa hot, but still hot.  He doesn't know how to run slow, he even told me his form feels weird when he goes slow:)

am- good stuff, hills were hard but good.  i kept about the same distance from Roberts the whole time, so i felt pretty good about it.

Pm- its hot outside! took this one a little too easy, but at least i did it. 

horrible i know, but out in the middle of no where it is really dark and scary at 10pm

good run, rained a little!

did family fun run, i didn't race it but helped Karissa and her cousin race.
