8- ran the state course for warm up, felt super, super cold! and our shoes were soaked! wow! then we did the workout, the 3x( 2min, 1min, 30sec) thingy. i stayed pretty close to JP, Stoner, and Mia for the first set and was in front of the other girls, that was good. then the next 2 min was up that hill, and i fell behind more from the top girls, but was pretty close to taylor. the next ones were better until the next 2 minuter up the continuous incline across the pond, i fell behind there too, but was still in front of liz and nicole. the last minute and 30 secs were better. then we ran the course back to the pond. the 3 miles to watch the JV's was alright, my inner right foot kinda hurt and so did my mosquito bite, but not that bad. It was fun to cheer for them. |
