4 Miles in 7:30 pace. My first fast running blog! This seems like the cool thing to do these days, so I'm jumping on the band wagon :) Started off the morning by visiting Nate, my chiropracter. The past week my SI joint, lower back, and hips have been very tight. It was getting to the point that my form was being altered. Went in and got adjusted, massaged, and some stem treatment. Felt so great! On my run after my hips still felt a little tight and sore. So I called it good after 4 miles. Tried speed skating tonight. So fun! |
